1. Booking and Reservations

• All booking inquiries submitted through the website are finalized via direct communication over WhatsApp or phone call.
• No online payment transactions are processed directly on this website. Payments must be arranged in accordance with our team's verified offline terms.
• Reservations are subject to vehicle and hotel availability.

2. Route and Schedule Changes

Our travel schedules and sightseeing routes (especially Dhanushkodi beach rides, Ram Sethu shorelines, and Pamban railway bridge crossings) are highly dependent on coastal weather conditions and local municipal restrictions:

• We reserve the right to alter itineraries, timings, or vehicle assignments in the event of adverse weather alerts, high winds, road blocks, or temple festival closures.
• Spatika Linga darshan timings (5:00 AM – 6:00 AM) are set by the temple HR&CE authorities. We are not responsible for queue delays or sudden protocol modifications inside the temple.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are expected to comply with local rules, including the Ramanathaswamy Temple dress codes (modest traditional attire, no cameras/phones in inner chambers).
• We are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip. Please secure your valuables carefully.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel time will receive a full refund or free rescheduling options. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a nominal vehicle booking fee.
